Every year, the first day of Spring is usually not as significant in Hawaii as it is in some parts of the US Mainland or world; however, there are some activities that we at Eric T Chu - SC Realty put on our to-do lists annually around this time to ring in the new season.

 

Supplies, Vendors, and DIY

We typically work with local vendors whom we trust to help service our properties as well as those we list.  However, when a situation calls for us to repair, create, or decorate, we turn to the the following businesses.

  • Home Depot or Lowes for appliances, flooring or back splashes as well as touch-up paint
  • Re-use in Kaka'ako for staging decor and furniture that can be used during listing marketing
  • Ben Franklin for marketing material, staging, decor and the occasional client giveaway

To keep things current, we generally will update our listing text and images, and work with our sellers and investors to make any modifications to listings that make sense to put our homes forward in the best light.  This may include clarified disclosures, new photos, a refreshed curb appeal, or even additional amenities that may highlight your property's proximity to other attractions or community centers.  Our goal is to make you a satisfied customer and also to make sure your home gets the most visibility.
